She said no

She said "no!"

I want to share something with you today, simply because it's beautiful.

About a month ago I was working on a reading for a brilliant woman we can call Marit. Marit was going through an incredibly difficult time. Her partner had left her for a younger model, leaving her with three teenagers and an urgent need to find a house to rent.

To make a heavy situation even worse, the person her partner left her for was Marit's own boss at the hospital where she works. She felt her world was collapsing and that everything was stacked against her.

I worked on a reading for her and helped point her in a direction. I gave insight into what lay ahead, including the end of her partner's new relationship, help in finding somewhere to live, and how each of her teenagers could be supported through this enormous change.

That allowed Marit to avoid a collision at work and an even bigger one in her private life, and gave her something to focus on whilst she took the steps to get herself back on her feet.

Yesterday I got a long message from Marit, and that's why I'm sharing this with you.

She explained that she's been offered a house to rent with an option to buy. Her request for a transfer at work was granted, which has led to more stable hours and a better environment. She found help in unusual places, from people she didn't expect it from. And finally, as predicted, her partner's new relationship ended, and he asked to come back to her.

Just so you know, she replied: "No."

I get a lot of feedback, but this one gave me a lump in my throat. I felt personally invested in how things went for Marit.

It's proof that even when life knocks you flat on the ground, it also finds a way to lift you back up and show you how strong you actually are.

If there's a spiritual point here, it's that this too shall pass. It's the extremes of life that leave their mark on us; they're the proof that we've actually lived. None of us wants to go through the hard times, but without them there's no way of knowing what the good times feel like. All our experiences add something to the colourful pattern of who we are. In a way, we're richer because of them.

Marit said she isn't interested in finding a new partner right now. "It's too soon," she said, and added: "... but since people found out I'm single, I've never had so much attention!"

Good for you!

Thank you for letting me share this happy Monday story with you :-)

I hope you all have a fantastic week, you beautiful Facebook folks 😍

Advert: READINGS COST 1,500kr. They are personal, specific and detailed. I make a point of writing down exactly what I see; I don't change it in any way to make it easier to read. Every reading is longer than 2 A4 pages and takes at least two hours to write. I give each reading the respect it deserves and the time it needs, whether that's two hours or six. I've worked as a psychic, medium and healer for nearly thirty years, I love what I do, and I'm proud of it. If you'd like a reading, send me a message on Messenger and we'll take it from there. If you're feeling brave, Vipps to number 469 46 054 and send me a message afterwards. I work through each reading in the order it comes in. Hope your week's going well, Facebook folks!
