Doing readings should be a consequence, not the goal
I am working on a reading for a lady who wants to do the same thing I do. She wants to offer readings to people who need answers or a different perspective on life. She wants to talk to dead people and helpers, and to be a bridge between the living and the dead.
I am telling you this because although it is clearly possible to do what I do, it is not necessarily something I would recommend.
First of all, most people can do what I do, but it takes time to learn. The expertise comes from experience, not from being taught. Does that make sense?
I would strongly recommend that you develop your natural spiritual abilities and investigate the non-physical side of life. Follow your curiosity. Allow yourself to fall as far down the rabbit hole as you feel safe going, and then further still. Do it because you cannot not do it.
Somewhere along the way, in your development, because of your successes and your failures, you will end up offering readings to people. You will end up talking to dead people, working with helpers, healing people, and you will have the greatest adventure you can imagine.
BUT. Let the readings be a consequence of the journey you are on, not the goal itself.
The readings I offer almost always involve me drawing on everything I have learned and experienced over the years. I use my spiritual guides (and yours), ordinary dead friends and relatives, natural energy, psychic energy, and not least, intuition.
Intuition is the foundation of all communication outside the physical world. We all have it. It is a basic feature of being human — it is not an upgrade.
So my advice to the genuinely lovely lady in Stavanger would be this: learn, do and experience. And learn, do and experience. And learn, do...
And at some point along the way, offering readings will not be the thing you are trying to do. It will be a consequence of who you have become.
My curiosity has taken me a long way down the rabbit hole, and even after more than thirty years I am still falling. I love it. I cannot help it. It is who I am.
I would strongly recommend that anyone who wants to should throw themselves down the rabbit hole — head first, eyes wide open. Expect it to get emotional ;-)

Ad: Readings cost 1,500 kr. They are personal, specific and detailed. I make a point of writing exactly what I see. I do not change it in any way to make it easier to read. Every reading is longer than two A4 pages and takes at least two hours to write. I give each reading the respect it deserves and the time it needs, whether that is two hours or six.
