After nearly thirty years in this game, trust me, their methods are often far more practical, and much easier to miss if you're waiting for a flashing neon sign. Your Helpers are trying to nudge you, not put on a whole song and dance.
Here's a quick and honest rundown of some common signs:
1. The gut feeling. That raw, immediate feeling in your stomach that says yes, or no, no, no! Don't overthink it. It's often the first instinctive feeling that's the right one, and that's usually your Helpers doing their best to influence you.
2. "Coincidences" that are anything but. You think of someone and they ring. You need an answer and it turns up out of nowhere. That isn't just luck; it's your team arranging things and getting on with their job.
3. Repeating numbers or personal symbols. Seeing 11:11 is common, but it's often more personal than that — a number connected to a particular person, or a specific symbol you keep noticing. If it means something to you, pay attention.
4. Sudden goosebumps or emotional shifts. Heh, you know what I mean 😅. Every hair on your arm or the back of your neck standing up for no reason at all. . . that's a quick "we're here". I love those moments!
5. Dreams that stick with you. Not the daft dreams where you're flying with no trousers on. I mean the vivid ones with clear messages, or visits that feel intensely real. That's often the easiest and most effective way for our Helpers to make contact. They use your downtime to make sure we get the message.
This isn't about seeing signs in every little thing until you drive yourself and everyone around you mad. It's about being a bit more aware, so you catch the genuine nudges.
Your Spirit Helpers are practical; they use whatever works, whether that's a strong feeling or a dead relative who "marched into my office" with demands, like that (dead) grandfather did a couple of weeks ago. They just want the message to land.
