I am going to turn you into healers, starting with your hands

I am going to turn you into healers.

It has been ages since I talked about healing, and healing is where my whole spiritual journey started. In fact, if anyone wants to explore their own spirituality or experience something spiritual in a practical way, this is the place to begin.

Healing is natural. It is something we have done for thousands of years, from long before we knew what we were doing.

Somewhere along the way, churches and medical companies tried to stop us healing each other and ourselves. They burned us for being witches, psychics and wise people. Only a superior, dominant organisation would want to burn somebody to death for healing people.

Anyway, that is not the point.

We all have the ability to heal ourselves and others, and it makes no difference whether it is a person, a pet, a plant or a tree. If it is alive and has energy, we can heal it.

Yes, it is a spiritual thing, but let us not forget that a third of who we are is pure spirit — mind, body and spirit. So it is only natural that we have a built-in connection to the spirit world.

Back to healing.

Healing is a clever thing. Not only does it solve problems, it also shows us in a very physical way that we have a universal connection to everything and everyone else.

Let us do a bit of natural spiritual magic.

Place one hand on top of the other, palms together, and rub. Rub them together hard for about ten seconds. Your hands will get warm from the friction, but they will also gather energy.

Stop rubbing your hands together, take them apart, and close your eyes. You will feel your hands tingling. Part of that tingle is the energy you have just gathered.

While your hands are still tingling and with your eyes still closed, place your palms near each other but do not let them touch. Slowly move one hand over the other, and after a moment you will feel the tingle from one hand inside the other hand.

It is not as complicated as it sounds. You might manage this on your first go, it might take a few attempts, but you will get it.

The tingle you feel is raw energy — energy with no purpose. If you do nothing with it, it will go back to where it came from, which is everywhere.

If you want, you can roll that energy into a ball and play with it in your hands. If you want, you can give that energy a purpose and place it on somebody. All that energy needs is an intention, and it will do what you intend it to do.

Right, this is where the world cracks open and we peer into another dimension — at least for me — and it is probably where I should stop talking and let you enjoy the strange and interesting thing you have just done. But I am not built that way, so brace yourself.

For a couple of minutes, just let your imagination explore what this means. You have a ball of energy in your hands that YOU gathered, and it can do whatever you intend it to do.

What would you intend it to do, and where would you send it? You can send it to anyone, anywhere, to any living thing, anywhere at all.

Right, this is definitely where we stop, or I will end up dumping all of my strange and wonderful ideas, thoughts and experiences on you. Trust me, you do not want that.

Have a wonderful day, you lovely spiritual healers 🤩

Ad: Readings cost 1,500 kr. They are personal, specific and detailed. I make a point of writing exactly what I see. I do not change it in any way to make it easier to read. Every reading is longer than two A4 pages and takes at least two hours to write. I give each reading the respect it deserves and the time it needs, whether that is two hours or six. I have worked as a psychic, medium and healer for nearly thirty years. I love what I do and I am proud of it.

If you would like a reading, send me a message on Messenger and we will take it from there. If you are feeling brave, Vipps the number 469 46 054, choose "email reading", and send me a message afterwards. I work on each reading in the order it arrives.
