Forget Hollywood's special effects. The truth about spiritual ability is much older, more natural and closer to home than you think.

In every old village there was always a wise woman or a cunning man. They were the ones people went to for healing, for blessings, to speak with the spirits, or for a glimpse of the future.

This was not fantasy. It was a deeply human connection, an intuition that was respected and used, and it was normal. We didn't "believe" in it, we knew it was right.

That ability is in ALL of us. It's our birthright. We haven't lost it; we've just forgotten how to use it. Our modern world has taught us to forget it, and how to live without it — and we let it happen!

I was reminded of this today when I got a message from someone I've been helping. Marit is a completely "normal", down-to-earth person who was curious about what abilities she has, so I gave her some simple exercises to work with.
