There's a dead woman knitting on my office sofa

Just a quick one for you, folks :-)

I like my house. It feels good. There's a (dead) lady who pops in fairly often, and I like her. Usually she just does her own thing, and we say hello in passing.

But today she's sitting here in my office, on the sofa right behind me, knitting.

It's a bit odd, but it's perfectly fine. When I look at her, she smiles and wags her finger, as if to tell me I need to get on with my work. So that's what I'm doing 🫤

I know who this lady is, and I know who she was when she was alive. When I ask her why she's in my office, she just says she wanted to see how I work. That's it. No more, no less.

I've told her (as a joke) that if she's going to hang about here, she might as well make herself useful.

So, the first person (or two) to comment with a question, I'll put it to her and see what she says 😊
