The dead woman in the chair next to me said something worth stopping for

As I write this, there is an old lady sitting in the chair next to me. She is dead.

I am in the middle of a reading for somebody and had to stop for a moment, because the dead lady said something that really made me think.

It is a small thing she said, but coming from somebody who lived a difficult life in difficult circumstances, it meant a great deal.

She said: "Yes, life is hard, but we carry on anyway, and while we do, we collect little bits of happiness along the way."

I thought that was such a thoughtful, well-considered thing to say that I wanted to share it with you ❤️

Anyway, I had better get back to the reading :-)

Have a good day, everyone, and try to find a little bit of happiness to collect before the day is out.

Simon
