How to hear what your Helpers are actually saying

How to hear what your Spirit Guides and Helpers are saying.

I promised in my last post that I'd tell you how to listen to your Helpers. So, here it is. . .

We expect a thundering voice from the clouds, a burning bush or a ghostly whisper. Okay, maybe not exactly that, but you know what I mean.

The spirit world doesn't speak Norwegian (or English), it speaks "energy" — feelings, thoughts, images, coincidences, songs on the radio, numbers that keep repeating. . . and occasionally, thundering voices from the clouds.

So what does it take to understand all this? Stillness. Yep, stillness.

It takes stopping, noticing the 7777 everywhere, noticing Ten Thousand Lovers In One (the song) at exactly the right moment, and noticing the feeling or emotion that comes with it.

We all live terribly busy lives, and it's often hard to stop and pay attention to what you feel, especially if you're sitting in traffic or at the till in Bunpris. But it's possible. There's another way, and it works very well.

This is the method I recommend for listening to your Helpers.

When you have a bit of time to yourself — in the office, at home, on the train, anywhere — get out a pen and paper (they're old-fashioned, but you can still buy them in shops), and write: "Hello."

Give yourself half a minute to look at the paper, and write: "Hello, I'm here."

That's it. Write it, and wait a moment.

Nothing strange is going to happen, no words are going to appear on the paper, but you will be present in the moment, and nothing will be on your mind. You have no idea how important that moment is!

Then, if you give a bit of attention to the inside of you, to what you feel, you'll notice something different. You'll notice something that is different from "you".

Sometimes that feeling can be too big, and I've seen people burst into tears, but generally it's a more subtle "hello" back.

From there it's a short step to starting a conversation with your Helpers. A Facebook post is too short to go into detail — even though I'd very much like to. So you'll just have to trust that I know what I'm talking about.

Finally, trust what you feel — trust the information that comes back to you. It's hard at the start, but that feeling you get in the first couple of seconds after you've asked. . .

I spent the first months of my development arguing with myself. I'd get a clear flash of insight, a clear message, and then immediately talk myself out of it because it didn't make "sense". I was worried I was making it up.

Trust it, beautiful Facebook people! It takes courage to trust that first feeling, especially when your logic is screaming at you to do the opposite.

Why you might need a translator

This technique works well. But to be honest, it's incredibly hard to do when you're emotional, stressed, or heartbroken. When your head is stuck on a carousel of nonsense, your own internal noise is so loud that it drowns out the quiet feeling.

If that's where you are, send me a message. I can hear what your Helpers are saying because I don't have your "noise" blocking the line. . . sort of.

Anyway, if the noise in your head is simply too loud, or the decision feels too big to risk getting wrong, I'm here to help translate.

Have a fantastic week, you beautiful Facebook folk 😍

Ad: READINGS COST 1,500kr. They are personal, specific and detailed. I make a point of writing down exactly what I see, I don't change it in any way to make it easier to read. Every reading is longer than 2 A4 pages and takes at least two hours to write. I give every reading the respect it deserves and the time it needs, whether that's two hours or six. I have worked as a psychic, medium and healer for nearly thirty years, I love what I do, and I am proud of it. If you want a reading, send me a message on Messenger and we'll take it from there. If you're feeling brave, Vipps to the number 469 46 054, and send me a message afterwards. I work on each reading in the order it is received. I hope your week is going well, Facebook folks!
